NATHAN'S AMAZING DAVID GOGGINS CHALLENGE

On March 4th 2022, Nathan French began a gruelling 48 hour challenge known as the 'David Goggins 4X4X48 Challenge' - which means: Run 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours.

On the 4th of March 2022 I'll be taking part in the annual David Goggins 4x4x48 challenge (run 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours) for the Megan Hurley Foundation. The Megan Hurley Foundations provides help and support to self-employed families, unable to attend work due to the sudden and unexpected loss of a child. They also provide help and support to other causes that will benefit children. Lastly, it will be a day and a time to remember Megan, who tragically lost her life in the 2017 Manchester attack. This is something I have wanted to do for some time now amongst many reasons - I have also been inspired by the work my sister Leah French has done for the charity.
