The annual Megan Hurley Foundation charity bike ride is a significant fundraising event held every year, encompassing a scenic route from Manchester to Halewood. This biking journey spans a considerable distance, providing cyclists with a challenging yet rewarding experience as they pedal through diverse landscapes and terrains.

Starting from Manchester and culminating in Halewood at Megan's memorial bench, the ride symbolises a journey of solidarity and support for the Foundation's charitable initiatives. Cyclists traverse through picturesque countryside, urban landscapes, and rural areas, all while raising funds and awareness for the Foundation's cause.

Participating in the bike ride offers cyclists not only an opportunity to challenge themselves physically but also a chance to make a tangible difference in the lives of others. By pedaling with purpose, participants contribute directly to the Foundation's efforts in supporting self-employed families coping with the sudden loss of a child and other charitable causes benefiting children.

Those interested in taking part in this meaningful journey can register their interest by emailing the Foundation at [email protected]. Upon registration, cyclists receive information and guidance on how to prepare for the ride, along with details about the route, fundraising goals, and logistical arrangements.

In essence, the Manchester to Halewood charity bike ride embodies the spirit of community, resilience, and compassion, as cyclists unite in honor of Megan Hurley's memory and in support of those in need.
