Steven Neal, Steven Redfern & Mick Harry all reached the peak of Kilimanjaro in the name of 'The Megan Hurley Foundation' in July 2018 raising a massive amount for the Megan Hurley Foundation. Huge shoutout also to Alex Irvin for collecting a huge amount of sponsors for the lads doing the climb.
Mount Kilimanjaro or just Kilimanjaro, with its three volcanic cones, "Kibo", "Mawenzi", and "Shira", is a dormant volcano in Tanzania. It is the highest mountain in Africa, about 4,900 metres from its base, and 5,895 metres above sea level. The boys were awarded with her own 'Megan Hurley pin' for taking part in fundraising for our charity. The Megan Hurley Foundation will aim to provide initial short-term help and support to self-employed families, unable to attend work (and therefore no income), due to the sudden and unexpected loss of a child. The Megan Hurley Foundation may also provide help and support to other good cause that will benefit children.The Trustees will agree eligibility for those requiring help and support.
